APPENDIX a Expected learning outcomes (2025) Expected Learning Outcomes of The research-oriented Master's Programme in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law PLO1: Analyze fundamental principles, legal provisions and policies related to constitutional and administrative law, identify their features, strengths and weaknesses. (C4) PLO2: Evaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of legal provisions and policies related to constitutional law and administrative law based on scientific theory, international experience and Vietnamese context.
